@virginmedia Definitelynota billing issue just stating a point, I’ve been trying to contact you about my internet problems and that I was supposed to receive a voucher from you as a representative came to my door from virgin who told me about the voucher but the only contact I have is my bill

@virginmedia quick enough to tell you when your bills due but taking 4 months to sort out a simple issue :) definitely switching providers don’t blame other companies for your own mistakes
