Choosing hobbies that are beneficial for your health and make you smile is so key. For me that’s surfing. Oceanic minerals, almost full body sun, circadian maxxing, cardio, shoulder + arm workout, community (I have some girlfriends who surf too), breathing techniques the whole session & my meditation on smaller swell days.

Crypto is not necessarily free market when transaction censorship, non-fungible coins, and block analysis can all be used to restrict economic activity. You're smart enough to know this & not being honest, crypto COULD become a free market system, it could also be a totalitarian one.

when I was younger for some reason with family members, friends, teachers, classmates I always had the opposing view on pretty much everything (and usually still do) and it wasn’t on purpose or to cause debate or havoc I just saw things differently and I’m realizing now how I grateful I am that my parents never suppressed my expressions, opinions, or beliefs; yes they maybe not always agree with everything but they truly showed me it’s okay to have a different opinions like my mom always said “it’s what makes horse racing” 💋

The body is smart in that it has strong preferences for real, organic, usable minerals over toxic heavy metals Im fully advocating for detoxification obviously & our world is absolutely fucked with toxins. But important to know that if you give the body real minerals. It prefers it over heavy metals.

People tote about how many enzymatic functions magnesium helps. Yet we have zero clue on how mercury inhibits just as many enzymes, if not more, than magnesium. Get the metals out.
