I “literally” was alerted to this bizarre missive a few hours ago (I blocked this irrationally angry person some time ago and she chose to block me while attacking me). In my view, this tweet reveals much more about her than it does me. It’s what lawyers call “exhibit A” in support of the position that people consider the source, bias, temperament, and expertise of a Twitter lawyer whose primary function appears to boil down to looking for every tweet and video and then policing the “stupid people” on the internet. Consider these factors and draw your own conclusion about who is a clown. Go Celtics!

Kelsey Fitzsimmons was back in court today and just as expected, that last minute sua sponte move by Justin’s attorney to arrange a visit right before the hearing did not land the way it was intended. The judge took the matter under advisement, but the pattern remains clear. Justin and his counsel continue to position their actions as being in Caiden’s best interest while maintaining control of the situation. Meanwhile, Kelsey and her team are focused on co parenting and showing up as the adults in the room. The court will ultimately see through the posturing if they keep this up!
