🚨 ICYMI🇬🇭👩🏿‍❤️‍👨🏿👨🏾‍⚖️: Businessman Richard Nii Armah Quaye(RNAQ) and his ex-wife Joana Quaye (co-founders of Quick Credit, now Bills Microfinance) ended their 16-year marriage in a High Court ruling on January 20. Justice Kofi Dorgu awarded Joana GH¢300,000 lump-sum, one-third of the Dansoman matrimonial home and two vehicles citing the need to “discourage frequent divorces with the expectation of reaping huge monetary benefits.” Richard kept most other properties. However… 1/2🧵

This is why no matter how much you want to deny it where you grow and who you grow around play a part in your upbringing. Exposure is everything & sadly not everyone will have the same opportunities. If your parents are open minded & well exposed you’re likely to know a lot

if you want to make profits in the transport business, you have to be very ruthless and a little kind. 1. don’t keep the same driver for more than 6 months. they get comfortable and start messing up. 2. make sure it’s a station car. they should only operate from station to station. 3. always know the number of liters of fuel the vehicle will use on a good day. this one is very important. you can track their movement daily. 4. don’t forgive their mistakes or petty theft. sack them immediately. 5. give them a weekly target. if they fail to meet their targets for two weeks straight, refer to point number 4 (sack them). 6. never allow the driver to replace broken parts of the vehicle. always have your own trusted mechanic buy and replace them for him, unless it’s a minor issue and very cheap. 7. as a form of motivation, set aside a particular day where the driver gets half of the sales as a bonus but only do this when they meet your weekly target. 8. be very ruthless and strict. otherwise, drivers will use your bus to buy a bus for themselves while you are still struggling to make profits.

Realistic passive income idea in Ghana – Buy a Sprinter & hire someone to run it for you 🚐💰 Breakdown: • Cost of Sprinter: GH¢200,000 • Daily sales: GH¢500 • Weekly: GH¢3,000 (6 days) • Monthly: GH¢12,000 • Yearly: GH¢144,000 • 3 years: GH¢432,000 Maintenance over 3 years: GH¢50,000 Net profit after 3 years: GH¢432,000 – GH¢50,000 – GH¢200,000 = GH¢182,000 Low daily involvement once the driver is reliable. Good demand for transport in busy areas. Would you try this income ? #SideHustle #GhanaBusiness #MakeMoneyInGhana

When you watch Yamal, you will agree he’s better than Olise. When you watch Olise, you will agree he’s better than Yamal. The difference between Lamine Yamal and Olise is mainly in how they approach the game and impact it. Yamal is a Pure winger. Direct, fearless, loves to take on defenders 1v1. Very explosive with quick touches and sharp dribbling. Olise is More of a creator. Slower tempo, but very smooth. He picks passes, controls rhythm, and plays with composure. Yamal attacks you. Olise studies you. Yamal is an Aggressive dribbler. Beats players with speed and unpredictability. Olise is an Elegant dribbler. Uses body feints, close control, and timing rather than pace. Yamal Creates through chaos, dribbles, quick decisions, final-third actions. Olise Creates through vision, key passes, crosses, set pieces, and through balls. Both are currently the best RW in the world now, just how they impact games is different.

@anat_bby Rats are prey animals, so they’re always alert. Moving fast helps them avoid predators. Their bodies are designed for short bursts of speed, they can walk slowly, but they usually only do that when they feel very safe which almost never happens around humans 😄
