The newly redesigned ApplyTexas launched June 10, 2024! Our team is working tirelessly to make sure you have the best experience, and we appreciate your patience as we work to implement updates and improvements throughout the application.

Hey y'all -- A few updates from ApplyTexas! Were you having issues with the Emergency Contact section in core questions? This has been fixed! We also improved the Texas Residency section for applicants. If you experienced either of these issues, please login and try again!

A few updates to ApplyTexas this week! We improved conditional logic for reporting family obligations and resolved an error that was preventing users from deleting their accounts.

Exciting news! This week, we fixed issues in ApplyTexas related to application deadlines that were preventing some students from applying. If you experienced this issue, please log in and try again!

We updated the language on the “Required Next Steps” page once you’ve submitted an application to make it more clear when and if an application fee is required. (4/4)

We have removed questions regarding parents if you report your parent or guardian is deceased. (3/4)

We’ve made a lot of progress this week! Based on your feedback, we’ve updated the log-in process and made changes to the core questions, Texas residency, and language sections.

ApplyTexas will be unavailable during a maintenance window tonight, July 31, from 7-11:59 p.m. CT. We’ll provide info here tomorrow on the updates that we made!

Check out the new changes in the Applicant portal of ApplyTexas! We’ve enhanced instructions and sections in the application to guide you better!

If you submitted a ticket previously, you don’t need to do anything – we have migrated your ticket over! Please do not submit another ticket for an issue you’ve reported previously as it will cause a delay in our overall response time. (2/3)
