Some Rage Arts have an issue where, when activated with d/f+1+2, they can trigger even on frames where Rage Arts are not supposed to be usable. #T8_report

removing heat burst as a combo extension and random interaction (short floats/side splats) tool would solve a lot of issues regarding round flow, combo damage and wall carry. currently there’s no execution required and no decision making needed between oki and damage. 🤔
