roblox account got hacked and my card was saved on there. hacker spent like $300 dollars on my account and i can’t contact support because my original email on the account was blacklisted from support. What can i do without having to lose the account? @Roblox #ROBLOX

but i win. beaming is seriously no joke This was my first ever time having to experience this (YES I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK SO IM OK!!) :D i had to get in contact with people who had contact with roblox staff because they changed EVERYTHING on my account so quickly

Update;😅 my roblox account today was compromised / beamed do i care? no. seriously though, PLS BE CAREFUL out there with dms accusing you of doing something they went out their whole way to make it feel real as possible u managed to get my roblox account olien oh yes you did

I got my account hacked, want to submit a support form using the email on the account. However no support forms go through when I use that email. I try using alt-emails but then get told I need to use my main email Is my main email blocked? What can I even do? #ROBLOX

@dibbles_ @v_7zr @DarkestHoursDev @Roblox @robloxdevrel Makes sense, actually now the biggest problem I am having is my MAIN email address. For some reason I am not getting a single support confirmation to the email address linked to the account after submitting a support form.

I've had my account back for about a week now, things have been ok. It was exhausting having to go back and forth with Roblox for days but I got it back. Now I have a new problem, they're refusing to properly roll back my account. #roblox @Roblox @robloxdevrel

@dibbles_ @v_7zr @DarkestHoursDev @Roblox @robloxdevrel mind you my account is in the EXACT situation as yours, our usernames almost match as well. hacked, username changed, limiteds stolen, then banned. however im in the process of support unbanning the account first and haven't gotten a response.

@dibbles_ @v_7zr @DarkestHoursDev @Roblox @robloxdevrel i heard on some random post that sending a new email would reset your position for ur old emails. how was this for you? i've had an issue and they said they sent it to another team but I haven't had a response. dont know if i should just send another email.
