A barber’s skill doesn't dictate how much they can charge. How a barber applies their skill, dictates how much they can charge. #cutlessmakemore

Making more money is a by- product of your passion for barbering, but also how you market your service and who you attract to your business. #cutlessmakemore

Don't sell haircuts, sell a premium experience. If your clients can afford expensive restaurants, luxury holidays, top of the range cars and designer clothes, they can afford YOUR premium experience! #cutlessmakemore

Some barbers progress through the stages from Apprentice to Senior and that's their ceiling. What holds them back from becoming their own boss and starting a business is fear, inability, disorganisation, other people and a lack of funds. Don’t become that barber!

People said I was crazy for quitting my Graphic Design job, to get back into barbering after 3 years out. But only 20 months of later, I had opened my own barbershop. Now they wanna know how I did it? Moral of the story: No one believes it till it’s done!

5 reasons barbers make less than 1k+ per week: - Don't believe it’s possible - Lack the proper skillset - Insufficient clientele - Poor punctuality - Unprofessional attitude You can't reach 1k+ weeks until you identify the problems and solve them!

In order to have a successful barber business ask yourself… "What isn't being done?" And then do it!

Mobile barbers and call-outs are a prime example of cutting less but making more. It should be noted that there are negatives for mobile services: lots of driving, added setup time, cleanup time, bad seating, poor lighting and unfamiliarity with the setting. #cutlessmakemore

Consistent 1K+ weeks won’t happen if you’re quantity focused, because long shifts/weeks lead to burnout. Then your quality will become lower, as your demand becomes too high. Resulting in you being unable to charge a higher price and therefore making less money! #cutlessmakemore

I hate when barbers confuse education with ability, I’ve met qualified barbers who couldn’t cut to save their lives!
