Horrible season for neb FB, the teams we faced all had downs seasons in comparison to the previous decade. We still barely managed 7 wins & beat 4 B1G teams & their combined record is 8 - 24. THAT IS NOT PROGRESS! Rhule was a good coach, but his priorities seem to be elsewhere.

@247Huskers Been a season ticket holder for a couple of decades. Today was the 1st time I have ever chosen not to go to a game. I knew what was going to happen and I didn’t want it to ruin my day. Seriously contemplating not renewing. It’s not worth the time, effort, money and heartache.

@danielmcfadin Playoff is a HORRIBLE format. But regardless of how you slice it KL is champ in all formats.

I've been disappointed to be a NASCAR fan before. I've been embarrassed. I've been uncomfortable. This is the first time in 19 years I've truly felt ashamed.

@HuskerGI We aren’t mad bc of the record. People are upset bc we are 6-3 vs this easiest sched we have had in years. The losses are also to teams who are all having their worst seasons in many years. Not to mention Nebraska barely having over 100 yards at half time the last few games.

My humble opinion on fan expectations is that our fans support us like no other. It’s commendable through challenging seasons they’ve endured. we can’t expect them to continue supporting us through attendance and donations while asking them to compromise on proven results.

The disconnect I see from the media to the fans is that it’s not that Nebraska lost (most fans predicted a 8-4, 7-5 season) it’s how they lost and to who. How a team of experienced coaches could be out-coached vs inexperienced coaches, how players could “not be ready to play” vs a team that you should want to beat more than anything, how they were dominated physically by a team that’s been dominated physically in their previous games. It was a total program failure that puts everything now in doubt.
