This year's tourney will not be as chalky as last year. 1. The 2-5 seeds are MUCH more vulnerable. Purdue, Vandy, Iowa State, Kansas, Nebraska, etc. been all over. 2. The 7-11 line have proved they can beat top teams. TCU, Wisco, UCLA... 3. The top teams have gotten better than tier 2 & below, but that remains true for mid majors. The top tier of mid majors have never been collectively this good. SLU, Miami, Belmont, USF, High Point & more. Respectfully, Jay Will, I know you're on First Take but I believe you are wrong. We might get 3+ one seeds in the final four, but the first weekend will not be as chalky as only one 7+ seed in the sweet 16 like last year.
