One of the weirdest recommendations I see all the time for getting into security jobs is "start with a helpdesk position". To me this seems so odd... But maybe I'm just ignorant what this job entails? Any of my followers have succeeded with this path? What's your experience?

@Cyberarms One thing I am a little frustrated about is that the windows dont attach properly and the panel (with taskbar etc) can't be attached so the rest of the windows for instance appear under, now the windows constantly gets hidden behind the linux task bar...
