Hi friends, I wanted to take a moment to share something personal. Recently, I’ve been through a traumatic experience that’s taken a toll on my mental health. It’s been a tough time, and I’ve been navigating some heavy waves of depression. I’m actively getting the help and support I need to heal and move forward, but I may be stepping back from this platform periodically over the next few weeks to focus fully on my well-being. I truly appreciate the love, support, and kindness so many of you have shown me—it means more than I can say. I believe in being transparent with this community, and I didn’t want to disappear without letting you know what’s going on. Please continue to take care of yourselves and each other.
