Thank god it's raining then I don't feel bad for having a bed day! #sciatica has me in agony today can barely move. Does anyone have any natural remedies they find helpful?

@56Neil They are Neil I agreed and of blood I have a few that I could live without. But I have the best family I chose who happen to be Pakistani, Polish, Bosnian, Black and White and more. My DNA doesn't shape me, my heart and experience does and I'm so glad I can chose 😊✌

@djonesbutchers I will donate £5 a week to support you. I grew up poor, still am but my school dinner was probably my most nutritious and enjoyious.

On hearing the news (totally expected from this shower in power ) that the free school meals will be stopped in July I will be contacting Wendy head of Earlsheaton Infants school to see how many kids this will affect , I will provide a meal a day for them during the holidays .

@SRD_31 Work around the shrubs & rose's with a fork using the turn & sieve method for now, pulling up all the growing weed as best you can. Then in autumn winter when the shrubs are dormant I'd recommend digging them up rinsing & fishing out any weed root turning the whole area again!😏

@BohoRaspberry I have a similar task to do - not sure where to start as its thru my entire garden, & have some well established shrubs and Rose's & obvs now us completely the wrong time to dig -but the perfect time to see the bind weed!!!

Doesn't look like much but a lot of bindweed root and plastic debris has been dug and fished out today! Need a beer tonight for sure!!

Ahh looks like the sun shall make it back for solstice after all ☀️
