Advice to parents - encourage your son/daughter to have a conversation with their coach before you reach out. They need to learn how to have those types of conversations. It allows them to grow and take responsibility. If you don’t it’s about you and not them.

It is with heavy heart that I tell my friends of the passing of my youngest son Justin. Age 26..apparent overdose. My 2nd son in 7 years to leave me way too soon...i may go silent for a bit as I try to process..Losing 1 was hard...losing 2 is unbearable. Pray for my family ❤
