Started writing about why I dislike Irish rugby and Leinster nearly two decades ago. Elitism was my problem. Was told it was changing. "Work was being done." Today, 9 of 12 of the Irish-educated starters and 6 of 7 of the Irish-educated subs that were used went to private school.

We're a small, sports mad nation, impossible to have it every way. Flaws in probably every single sporting organisation.
