For me, the Toradol improved my condition greatly as the inflamation from beneath breast area to pubic area felt like I'd eaten 20 beach balls. EXTREMELY painful. So an anti-inflammatory included. The Journavx is new to me and did give pain relief but, nonetheless, unclear right now if it was just a blocker or a help. Make sense?

Prescription but, my physician's assistant office (we have a lot of those in my southern state) gave me a shot of Toradol in her office immediately for the pain then called in a script for the pill form. Can only have for 5 days due to chance of stomach ulcers (in my mind, whatever lol) and when I found they couldn't fill again for 30 days I asked @grok what could fill the gap for the extreme pain. Grok said the Journavx (spelling) was approved in Feb, 2025 and was a non-opioid strength pain reliever taken 2x a day. May or may not last, but, I do like the Journavx. Different animal than what I've been prescribed in the past.

In 2018, a man in Tokyo, Japan was fired from his office job for doing nothing. So he turned doing nothing into a career.
His name is Shoji Morimoto. He posted a single message on social media offering to rent himself out to anyone who needed a person present but not involved. He would show up. He would not initiate conversation. He would not give opinions or advice. He would simply be there.
The requests that came in revealed something quietly extraordinary about loneliness.
People hired him to sit across from them while they ate alone in restaurants. To wave goodbye from the platform as their train departed. To stand at the finish line of a marathon. To sit in the corner of a cafe while a woman served divorce papers to her husband, just so she would not be completely alone when she did it. One person hired him to be video called while they cleaned their room. One person has hired him over two hundred and seventy times.
He has handled over four thousand sessions. He charges whatever his clients feel is fair. Last year he earned around eighty thousand US dollars.
His former boss told him he was useless. He said doing nothing was not a skill.
Morimoto now has half a million followers, a television series based on his work, and four published books.
"People do not have to be useful in any specific way," he said.
What is something you would actually pay someone to simply show up for?

Think about it, every toxic relationship you've survived lacked one thing: a person who actually gave a damn about your pain.
They didn't lose sleep over your tears. They didn't change their behavior when they saw you breaking. They just kept going, because your suffering was never their problem. That is not bad luck. That is not bad timing. That is not you choosing wrong by accident. That is a pattern you kept feeding by giving chances to people who never once stopped to ask if you were okay.
You stayed. You explained yourself. You shrunk. You adjusted. You forgave things that should have ended it on day one. And they still didn't show up for you emotionally, because they were never built that way to begin with.
So, stop romanticizing potential. Stop convincing yourself that love alone is enough. A person without empathy will drain you, dismiss you, and move on without guilt while you're still trying to figure out what you did wrong.
Only date empathy. Only marry empathy.
Someone who feels deeply, listens without agenda, and actually sits with you in your worst moments, not just your best ones. Everyone else, no matter how attractive, no matter how exciting, no matter how much history you have with them, is just a lesson you already paid too much for. Stop re-enrolling in the same class.

At 40, Franz Kafka (1883-1924), who never married and had no children, walked through the park in Berlin when he met a girl who was crying because she had lost her favourite doll. She and Kafka searched for the doll unsuccessfully. Kafka told her to meet him there the next day and they would come back to look for her.
The next day, when they had not yet found the doll, Kafka gave the girl a letter “written” by the doll saying “please don’t cry. I took a trip to see the world. I will write to you about my adventures.”
Thus began a story which continued until the end of Kafka’s life.
During their meetings, Kafka read the letters of the doll carefully written with adventures and conversations that the girl found adorable.
Finally, Kafka brought back the doll (he bought one) that had returned. “It doesn’t look like my doll at all,“ said the girl.
Kafka handed her another letter in which the doll wrote: "my travels have changed me.” the little girl hugged the new doll and brought her happy home.
A year later Kafka died. Many years later, the now-adult girl found a letter inside the doll. In the tiny letter signed by Kafka it was written:
“Everything you love will probably be lost, but in the end, love will return in another way.”

So, this was my day today…
Today the House advanced HB3660, a bill to legalize the use of composted human bodies as fertilizer. If this bill is put into law, Oklahoma joins 14 BLUE states that have legalized this process. So, instead of outlawing this type of practice outright, we’re on track to take the use of humanure as fertilizer another disgusting step forward. 🤢

Customers are your business no matter the product. Volvo still gets it.
Unlike others nowadays - just trying to exchange my Ashley Furniture sofa because of the chemical smell and they are telling me I fall in a gray area.
Wasn't any gray when I paid 8k cash for the full leather 'luxury'. Plus 1k for 4-yr extended warranty...
1 year later? Chem smell not covered under extended warranty we purchased; store states it is a known thing but...
Carry on Volvo. You will survive this world.
