Brought in two Peace Corps Volunteers today. They also work with coffee coops here in Honduras. We will hopefully work out something epic!

Diversification projects have started. Women's groups are producing: coffee liquer, coffee chocolate and now we serve our visitors espresso!

A coop in lempira, and two here in santa barbara would have more than 3 million pounds of beans!! All shade grown, organic, fair trade too!

The coops here have tried to form a union before to increase bean totals, but failed. Maybe with the aid of the peace corps connection?
