State Champion Cristian Rodriguez Shot and Disc!! Chapel Brown Disc and Jav!! 4x1 2nd in state!! 4x4 6th in state!! Im proud of my whole team. This program is going to be something special.. Shout out to @Austintaylor79 and @HudsonBryan Yall are great!!

Camp #1 at Scott Co in June of ‘97, we had 22 campers. Camp #25 started today with 228 campers and 25 student-coaches. #Standardisthestandard

"Mom, I made state (30') in practice..I have 4 meets left, so that's 12 tries to do it!" Last night he did 29'6" in a practice meet. Who would have thought that this would be his passion?! Just goes to show...let them spread their wings. You never know where they'll fly! ❤

Love seeing our track guys being apart of other sports. Glad they are getting to lift and get better. Thank you @cards_football for making sure our kids can prepare for their freshman year and still run track..

A school with all 5 starters back promises 2 new kids starting spots for next year. That won't cause any problems will it? I thought as a coach you promise kids to be pushed and worked hard in practice with a chance for playing time in games as a result.
