Idk why everyone keeps asking what happened🤦♂️ jockey rode hard and thought he was a winner,stopped riding 3 seconds before he hit the wire and got caught, and 100% will get penalized harshly , no race fix, no nothing , a mistake by a human that will have consequences, that’s it
