I'm in favor of the overnight total excommunication of Kanye but there's a dude out there who tried to overthrow the government and then stole more classified documents than anyone in history and he's out here holding televised rallies and shit.

It is such a failure of media and education and such a triumph of manufactured ignorance that Republicans are still seen as a viable option for reasonable people to support in an election, as opposed to as deliberate civic vandals and an obvious suicidal disaster on every level.

It always baffles me that Republicans score higher with voters when it comes to the economy. The data runs contrary to this in all manner of ways. Under GOP administrations, deficits and joblessness rise. Recessions happen with far greater frequency. But Americans simply forget.

Respectfully, so many on the left don’t get that we could ban all guns tomorrow, and it wouldn’t put a dent in gun crime. Bcuz the average violent criminal in Chgo, DC, or Texas doesn’t give a fuck about gun laws. So even with a “ban,” guns will ALWAYS be available for criminals.
