When I started prop firm trading in 2023 with just $5K account, there were traders who were funded $50K - $100K but I did not let that discourage me. As a young corper, I said to myself that I needed to make $100 from it bi-weekly and I'll be fine. Fast-forward to 2026 I made $68K in one payout. Nowadays I see people making rage-baiting posts making it look like traders with $5K account today cannot amount to anything tomorrow, funny. It is only a matter of time, start with that $5K account, grow! Don't let anybody discourage you.

Public validation actually makes the execution gap a lot worse You post a nice setup, get the likes and applauds and suddenly your brain is chasing that dopamine instead of just taking what you actually trust with real money. So you start picking trades that look clean for the TL instead of the ones you can sit through without overthinking Real money moves happen in private when no audience is clapping Just you and the chart Most of us need to stop performing for the timeline and start executing for the process nobody sees That’s the real shift !

40k of you, The reason you’re profitable on TradingView but not in real life is because trading and analysis are two completely different skills. Read till the end. I used to think the hardest part of trading was finding entries. It wasn’t. The hardest part of profitable trading is executing the same plan when real money is on the line. On TradingView, everyone is a monster. You catch every move. You never hesitate. You never move your stop loss. You never close early. You never feel fear. Then real money enters the equation and suddenly the game changes. The truth is, the market doesn’t pay you for knowing where price is likely to go. It pays you for what you do when there’s money on the line. Most traders don’t have an analysis problem. They have an execution problem. I started seeing massive improvements the moment I stopped obsessing over finding the perfect setup and started obsessing over following my rules. Because at the end of the day, nobody withdraws TradingView screenshots. The traders getting paid are the ones who can execute what they already know consistently. That’s how I stopped winning less on TradingView and started winning more in real life. 💯
