Brilliant performance from @leicsccc vs @YorkshireCCC in the @VitalityBlast today. Only for the result to be overshadowed by the total incompetence of the @ECB_cricket it’s wrong and you know it is.

The @ECB_cricket showed their incompetence dealing with Yorkshire, it’s now like they are bending over backwards to try and placate the new regime, this time at the expense of @leicsccc Impose a penalty for next competition, not immediately, giving Yorkshire a free pass #stinks

Absolutely gutted for @leicsccc - an amazing #T20 @VitalityBlast win completely ruined by an appalling decision by the @ECB_cricket - hang your heads in shame

Thought long and hard before posting earlier but sometimes you have to put your head above the parapet. Redundancy is not final until all alternative options have been considered. I did put forward an alternative, an additional funding stream from external sources to subsidise 1/

For years I sat in the Kilner Bank. One day @ACMiller1972 arranged a lunch with @SeanMJarvis to introduce us. When Andy Booth walked in with him I was absolutely blown away. It’s the little things. The value to the club immense, it’s more than just numbers 💙 #htafc

@andyneedham01 Town is a club at the heart of the community yet they continue to devalue the interactions, be it treatment of partners, non existent CEO or the poor communication.... This is not the town I know and support. The number of horror stories grows by the day.

As someone who understands Redundancy and the procedures involved, it is the post and not the person which is deemed redundant. I suggest the position of Club Ambassador is more than just a cost line on an accountants spreadsheet, it is pivotal to the community 2/

Some of you may have detected I have been pretty annoyed and angry these last few days at the treatment of one of the greatest servants our Club has ever had, Andy Booth. His position was not made redundant Friday as intended, as the meeting was postponed until Monday 1/ #htafc

“Knows the COST of everything, but the VALUE of f*ck all” - why you should never put an accountant in a position of ultimate influence in any business 🤬

The work done by the Supporter Services department building awareness, schools, helping charities is more important and necessary than ever. Meeting face to face is obviously difficult at the moment but the vital work done by the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, the Town Foundation 3/

and many other charities supported by Robyn, Rachel & Andy does not stop. The powers that be, Mark Devlin & Darren Bryant, might not like this but there are ways the position of Club Ambassador can be retained and alternatives to redundancy put in place 4/
