let me not talk about Gender equality. mostly that is only discussed then practised! If we want to help let's do it properly rather then creating a NOISE which helps no one!

“How come most of the experienced developers seem to be so calm, matured, clear, keeping things simple, and good at teaching”!! like how??? Do they get matured after gaining years of experience or only mature, clear people, tend to stay longer in the industry!!?? Keine Ahnung 🤷🏼‍♀️

One of the day-to-day tasks of a developer is code reviews 🧐. I think it is a struggle to review the code on a new project (at least for me) An article by “eng-practices” is pretty good and gives an idea about things to look for in the merge/pull request. lnkd.in/dFJCdNJ6

Since pair programming or mob programming is quite a day-to-day thing of developers, here are some tips based on my personal learnings. (Thread 👇) 1. Set an Agenda for the pairing session even if it’s a 30mins

Developers Life is not smooth always! 👩🏻‍🏫 most of the books and tutorials teach us to solve technical problems but not to face real-time situations🙃. Here I am sharing the stupid mistake that I made as a developer which costed me a Million! YouTube: lnkd.in/gebVVUd

Good read on how Gumroad experiments with work, structure, hiring, and compensation. Re: part time... Little known fact: I hired @dhh quarter-time (10 hours a week) to build Basecamp way back in 2003. That's all he had, and we made it work.

Little improvisation on Mobile Menu! 1. Updated string concatenation to template literals. #Elegant!👌🏽 2. Sprinkled lots of Accessibility! 👁 3. Tested with VoiceOver. hit cmd+F5 for 30mins😂 4. My buttons were Read like "Button Button Button" so, added "aria-label".#makesSense✌🏼

I think I learned so much in a week span about JS than a year honestly! "No code is perfect but the process of optimizing it further is just amazing!!"
