A batch of plantain chips takes minimum of 30mins for frying. Frying of 5L ripe plantain chips takes up to 4hrs of standing, continuous turning, oil burns and manual cutting. Pls buy from where you feel it’s okay and leave people’s businesses alone.

Business ehn… One of the orders I got today came from someone that aired me last year after making an enquiry because I couldn’t deliver same day. To think he wanted same day delivery again today (which wasn’t possible), but he picked tomorrow by himself… kinda healed me😭😂 One of the fastest orders (10” 2 layers) I’ve closed. Thank you Jesus.🤲🏽

My neighbor asked me to borrow her my industrial gas to cook for her son’s birthday(she got my number from the compound WhatsApp group) we just say hello and that is it. I told her no problem, she could borrow it. I went out the next morning when I was hearing noise from the backyard to find out they were using my big pots, sieve and turning stick(she didn’t tell me they would use that too) Tell me why they finished cooking, instead of soaking the pot, they immediately used spoon to keep scraping out the burnt part. The pot has a leaking hole, they didn’t tell me and returned it like that. I made a video and sent it to her, she apologized on behalf of whoever did it but I told her she has to pay. She did, matter resolved.

I went to buy food. I made a request & it was ready. I asked the amount whilst they were packaging it for takeout as I did a transfer. They received it & gave me a receipt. Then I was handed my food with a scoop of icecream in a gelato taster spoon. See joy 🥹🥹🥹
