If it was in the past, this picture would have been pure darkness. But yeah, I’m a fish in a small bowl that has not seen the ocean that’s why I’m celebrating “common streetlight”.

This is dishonest. I’ve tweeted other things too. And yes, lighting up public spaces is actually a KEY metric of development. Don’t let “opposition” cloud your sense of reasoning.
