Meet activist Manhattan Judge Guy Mitchell.
In 2018, Mitchell told a teenage gang member accused of beating a homeless man to death that he would receive no prison time and a clean adult record if he stayed out of trouble, citing the suspect’s “troubled childhood.”
Yesterday, Mitchell sentenced an NYPD officer to 3–9 years in prison for doing his job and safeguarding his team and the public, stating that during the sting operation he should have let the drug dealer go and that “he could’ve been captured another day.”
If activist judges aren’t removed, nobody is safe.

🚨BREAKING: NYPD officer who threw a cooler at a fleeing drug dealer has been sentenced to 3–9 years in prison. In 2023, Sgt. Erik Duran was part of a drug sting in the Bronx when a suspect sped away on a scooter toward two officers making another arrest. Trying to protect them, Duran threw a cooler, knocking the suspect off the scooter and causing fatal head injuries. Despite an exemplary record, he was convicted of manslaughter. At sentencing, Judge Guy Mitchell rejected the defense that Duran was safeguarding his team. The judge stated that Duran should have simply let the suspect drive by, adding that "he could've been captured another day." This verdict and sentence represent a profound miscarriage of justice. Activist judges are sending officers who risk their lives to serve and protect to prison, while career criminals continue to terrorize NYC streets with little consequence. The conviction of Sgt. Duran sends a dangerous and unprecedented message: police officers can no longer risk prison for split-second decisions to protect their colleagues or the public. Instead, every suspect, no matter how dangerous or evasive, must be handled with kid gloves. This indefensible outcome undermines law enforcement morale and public safety. It is a shameful day for justice in New York.

Just had a truancy court judge in Marble Falls, TX threaten me with 3 days in jail and fine me $100 for lawfully withdrawing my son from public school the very next day and homeschooling him — something explicitly protected by the Homeschool Freedom Act of 2025.
She demanded proof of a specific “good citizenship” course and claimed I needed court permission to withdraw my own child.
This isn’t about education. It’s about revenue and control. Like so many parents are discovering nationwide, these truancy systems look more like shake-down operations than anything else.
Where exactly is all this fine money going?

I am hearing a story right now from a reliable real estate source that a house for sale in Frisco, TX is being sold because the current owners (caucasian 5th gen Texans) are surrounded by Indians now and want to move.
They got an offer almost immediately.
- 25% below asking / market
- Demanding seller cover closing costs
- Demanding $10,000 in concessions for repairs / upgrades
They buyer making the offer is an H-1B Indian. His offer included something along the lines of "Only Indians want to live here, this is the best deal you'll get offered"
It was offered by an Indian real estate agent wife of another H-1b worker.
Temporary visa workers are running a real estate racket in Frisco, TX driving down prices and snatching up real estate they then rent out to other temporary visa workers as a tax write off.
