Some Data driven insights 1️⃣- $TOTAL3 vs. Capriole Speculation Index (blue) t represents the percentage of altcoins with 90-day returns greater than Bitcoin. High readings suggest mounting speculation. Lower readings suggest capitulation, and potentially greater investment opportunities in altcoins. ▶️INTERPRETATION: Green markers represent the bottom. Currently we're sitting at 13% on the Speculation Index. A historical bottom Level. Since 2021 we've been only two times lower than that: > 27. April - 29. August 2023 > 7. June - 5. September 2024 2️⃣- Global Liquidity (red) vs. TOTAL3 (blue) ▶️INTERPRETATION: Global Liquidity on a short-term Retrace but within a HTF up-trend. TOTAL3 closely aligned to movements with slight diversions (based on FA catalysts like Trump/Election and ETF). Global Liquidity is directly pegged to Fed Decisions about QT/QE and future Rate Cuts. At least one Rate Cut for this year is highly likely, if the Stars aligned 2-3. But no matter what happens in the shortterm, Global Liquidity inevitably rises in the mid/longterm. 3️⃣ - Crypto Breadth 50 vs. TOTAL3. - Breadth50 measure the percentage of Binance coins above their 50 day moving average. ▶️INTERPRETATION: Even Binance listed Altcoins (mostly: Majors) are oversold while TOTAL3 is rising up and looks very much like it's about to continue its uptrend to new ATHs. ALT SEASON HASN"T STARTED YET Bitcoin hasn't gone high enough for the market to get frothy and the wealth effect to kick in and BTC holders who now feel rich start rotating into alts and kick off alt rotations. Whales do this to build their BTC stacks retail do this because they are gamblers looking for the next high but mostly just end up holding them all the way back down because they dont know when to sell and get back to BTC which is safety. Alt season will come but after Bitcoin has hit 137k. And the key to watch will be a break down in BTC.D which hasn't happend yet. this could even still hit 70% before a pull back and alt season starts. the cycle wont be over until this hit 40% again. So no the cycle hasn't fucking topped 1) there hasn't been a major economic event that's going to suck massive amounts of liquidity away from the market. if anything we are gong to have a longer cycle this cycle because the FED is just winding up a tightening cycle and about to head into loosening cycle and QE hasn't even started again yet they are still in QT!! 2) you really think CZ, all the other whales, market makers, and exchanges would let crypto crash and the cycle to be over with out triggering an alt season and crazy crypto mania which is where they make majority of their money from out of the 4 year cycle.... 3) Miners are only just profitable around 88k cost to mine 1 BTC, do you think they are just going to start unloading onto the market at a loss for 3 years after only just hitting profitability again? I don't think so. BTC put in a nice sweep of the range low and now seems to be putting in a SOS (sign of strength) which potentially is the last part of this reaccumulation range before we move into mark up again.
