🚨The global slowdown HAS ALREADY BEGUN, and it's no longer isolated. PMIs are turning simultaneously across several economies. Europe, the UK, Australia, and parts of Asia are already approaching or entering contraction. When this happens in a synchronized way, the effect stops being local and starts putting pressure on the system as a whole. A PMI below 50 indicates shrinking activity. Bitcoin and crypto feel this movement in the short term because they depend on marginal liquidity. The difference comes later, when the monetary policy response begins to reverse the cycle. But it doesn't seem like we're there yet!

This influx of new short positions has added a layer of liquidity close above the current price. If bitcoin reaches $75K again, we could see nearly $5 BILLION in short positions being liquidated by that point. This creates a favorable environment for a liquidity grab if spot buying support remains steady to capture the first region at $72,100. On the other hand, the ideal scenario would be to have a negative funding rate during this move, which hasn't happened yet and remains positive, indicating a slight dominance of long positions at the moment. I'll update the community if the setup starts to signal the move more clearly.

🚨BITCOIN REJECTS RESISTANCE AND LOSES MOMENTUM With this pullback from yesterday to today, it's evident that the resistance region highlighted is being sold in the spot market, making it difficult for the price to break out of this box. This rejection could send us to the lower regions of this range-bound zone, if it doesn't present enough buying liquidity, which is a high probability. This range is quite difficult to execute short-term positions, but it can be useful for accumulators during price weaknesses. However, as you can see on the chart, a liquidation zone is starting to form heavily at $74,600, which could generate another fake breakout in that region, possibly entering redistribution within this range. Later I will publish a video detailing these price ranges and how I see the best positioning for the coming weeks.
