Aloha @AlaskaAir @HawaiianAir - just boarded my flight from LIH to HNL and an army of deadhead non-rev employees took all the overhead bin space from paying customers - including those in first class. How is this acceptable?

@AlaskaAir here we are again, landed 20 minutes early on Alaska flight AS372 At midnight and there is a plane at the gate and we have to wait on the jetway. Alaska it’s midnight let us go home! You know there isn’t a flight taking off after midnight!

@AlaskaAir Is it not possible to manually void five figures of pending charges made by one of your agents on my credit card? Seems simple to do rather than make me wait 5 days for them to fall off, as I would think Alaska wouldn't try to borrow against my credit for free?

@AlaskaAir ugh - I don’t understand, once again #AtmosPlatinum was sitting at #1 on the upgrade list. Removed completely and the person below me received the upgrade. I asked the gate agent and once again “it’s all automated, we didn’t do anything”. This is the third time.
