@GetTheChance4U It wastes everyone's time by not being totally upfront about a fee, can waste the time of those applying and those that have to then interview people who find out a fee doesn't work for them. I don't understand why people do it.

Should organisations share a call out for Creatives to perform at an event and ask them to complete a form, without sharing an indication of a fee?
