The #Merrimack Town Council paid tribute to Speaker Hinch at its meeting tonight. At one point, Dick chaired the Board of Selectmen in town. The commemorative comments by the Councilors and public focused on how special and irreplaceable he is to Merrimack.

Watched this interview with @RepTomSuozzi. He suggested that being a donor state and being a high tax state go hand in hand.
NH is living proof that you can both be a donor state AND have low taxes.
