@plusnethelp Yes I get the same result on my s8+ chrome browser. Honestly why ask when plus.net/pay does not redirect properly anyway!

@plusnethelp The previous attempt was using Chrome. Tried with Edge get a login screen displayed (but url is same) after login.

#plusnet just called customer support to query a payment was advised to use the plus.net/pay which leads to a 404. is url wrong?
