This is terrible advice from @YahooFinance finance.yahoo.com/news/putting-2…. Mortgage rates are double what this article mentions, stock market is down 20% and you would pay PMI which is a terrible fee. If you can't afford the 20% down, you can't afford the house!

@girlscangrill @imarkinteractiv @Lonestar_sky @Vultr Something. I have other sites in Dallas that are working just fine, but a small subset are down on this node. I'm going to have to start cloning to a different server.

@imarkinteractiv @Lonestar_sky @Vultr I wish @Vultr could temporarily put us on a different server. This is really frustrating and costing us money.

@Vultr is there an issue with the Dallas data center? Seeing connectivity issues with several sites.
