@hannah_chapin Logia fruits' properties are: Generation, Manipulation, and the ability to change into. All three must be true to be a logia, which the Plume-Plume Fruit is. That being said, Smoker could simply generate more smoke to reform. It would not hurt him to bottle a little, no.

I’m watching #OPLA and I have a genuine question that maybe has been answered in the manga/anime If you were to vacuum or seal some of Smoker’s body when it smoke form, would that hurt him? Like seal it in a way it can’t get out? Or does he just re-form? Does this make sense?
