@FirstWestYorks I also have time stamps etc so you know exactly when I took these photos. I needed to be in the city centre for 8am. There were no other services available and I’d already bought my ticket.

@FirstWestYorks bought my Firstday ticket, ran to the bus stop, bus driver drove past me. Next bus was 7:24, waited then that disappeared. Now I’m having to get a £10 Uber. Not impressed!!

@FirstWestYorks Also, if the screen says there is another bus coming in 8 minutes, you expect it to be true.

@FirstWestYorks Hi Gee, having to pay £10 for an Uber when you have already paid for a Firstday ticket is unacceptable. 7:16 service ran on time because it didn’t stop. No one should have to wait 1 hour for another bus.
