Democrats' redistricting proposal in Virginia is VIOLATING State Law 30-19.10, which requires amendment proposals to use a "neutral explanation." This gerrymandering attempt clearly violates this law by framing the Democrat proposal as "restoring fairness" in elections. This should be investigated.

I live in Virginia, and tomorrow I’ll be voting no. But I won’t pretend to be surprised if we come up short. The last four years have been marked by zero unified messaging, zero red wave, and zero meaningful, common-sense protections put in place for Virginians. Anyone who’s been paying attention understands this. None of this should be shocking. The stage has been set- we’re just watching it play out.
