I'm hiring a full-time copywriter for my DTC supplement brand doing $400K+/month in straight sales revenue, running meta ads.
You'd be writing daily:→ Video ad scripts (UGC / talking head / hook variations) → Native long-form Facebook ads → Landing page and advertorial copy
Requirements:
I need someone who will work weekends and is putting full time and effort into the brand. Will pay 5-10% of ads spend on ads that scale past 5k. Don't DM me if you aren't ready to put your heart into something.
Direct response copywriting experience with e-commerce brands
Health/supplement niche experience
You understand hooks, pain points, and writing copy that converts cold traffic
You're writing the ads that drive revenue.
DM me "copy"

"Do good work and people will notice"
Yeah but they also wont
For the first few quarters of your business you'll most likely be working in absolute shadows
And whatever work gets "noticed" CERTAINLY doesn't get respected
You will be ignored and treated like you're begging for food on the street.
When YOU KNOW the shit you have is the bomb
You will be disrespected in circles multiple levels higher than you because people think you're "cringe"
When you KNOW you're getting results as good as them and making just as much money
You will be responsible for 90% of what the market (including your competition) studies and consumes
But you stay silent
Because of NDA’s, privacy, and the simple fact that you just can’t ruin the motion with exposure
All of this while you're working your ass off to provide for people who wouldn't take the time to shake your hand if it wasn't for the money YOU are making them with your service/product.
When you were in elementary school, you were rewarded infront of 20+ of your BEST friends for answering a question, or when you were seen cleaning your desk.
It's been internalised in you since a child that you deserve recognition for absolutely everything you do.
You might deserve it.
You will never get it. At least not for a significantly long time.
You will work hard.
But you won't get credited. You'll get ignored and bullied lol
What's crazy is that this is an entry level problem that every business owner will/has experienced.
It's something that ALWAYS happens.
90% of the time, for a LONG period of time, people WON'T notice your good work.
And it’s not a "harsh truth of business"
It's quite literally the entry price to greatness
This is the first universal entrepreneurial shit-test you have to pass to achieve everything you want:
You will not get the credit. You will not get the love.
And that's okay
Just thought this was worth sharing
