What your future students need isn’t a superhuman teacher who knows absolutely everything, but rather someone who is willing to acknowledge there imperfections and continue to learn and grow with the kids they teach. (and yes, I know I used the wrong form of their/there/they’re)

Always remember you are never alone and ask for help when you need it, it doesn’t make people think less of you. This advice also works for having a teacher bestie/mentor as well! :)

🍎 Tip Thursday 🍎 Find a solid friend in your major and stick with them. I have found it so helpful taking classes with the same person or people. You are able to work on things together and they can also be there for you when things get tough!
