@virginmedia must use the same product designers that rolled out the last @Sonos app. External broadband issues completely lock their routers; can't login for settings, cant access the LAN, wifi goes down. But they hate you using third party routers which function correctly.

@AutoProtect should be really embarrassed with themselves. Not only do they #lie and say they don’t have approved/preferred garages to use when doing their #sales pitch, no one, including their preferred supplier @Halfords_uk will work with them as they’re so much hassle.

@virginmedia I didn’t let them get very far because “can I speak to the account holder” without reference to what service they’re on about rang alarm bells. When queried I think they went on to say “from virgin media we’re wanting to ensure best value”

I find it quite concerning that @virginmedia can obviously force my superhub to restart (which takes for ever) remotely. Has happened a few times leading to inability to work.
