In 4 days Project Catalyst voting ends. Here are all of the proposals from No.Witness in one place. Easiest way to support us is searching "No Witness" in the voting app 🫡 1/n

I'm pleased that @nowitnesslabs's proposals are strongly supported by the community in the Catalyst vote. (Lidonation's explorer says 4/6 proposals likely funded 🚀) I wholeheartedly endorse their proposals (search "No Witness" to vote), so here's a little summary from me. 🧵⬇️

Do you know want do you really want? Less friction, and more coverage for Cardano Picture this: a multi-chain DEX aggregator can reuse its Substreams modules to index Cardano swaps and liquidity events with the same patterns used on other networks. Presenting to you Catalyst proposals no.5 No Witness – Firehose & Substreams Integration for Cardano The industry standard for blockchain data extraction called Substreams is missing on Cardano and that gap keeps multi-chain teams from adding Cardano and forces locals to maintain custom, fragmented pipelines. What we’re building is a production-grade implementation of StreamingFast Firehose + Substreams for Cardano which developers can use the same proven tools they already use on other chains. OPEN SOURCE FROM DAY ONE If you want Cardano data to be first-class, multi-chain, and production-ready, this is a proposal worth supporting.

2nd Project Catalyst Proposal No Witness – Common Vulnerability Patterns Cardano has a serious gap when it comes to security knowledge. Right now, everything is scattered across sources and there’s no single, reliable place for developers to learn about vulnerabilities, no clear Aiken-specific guidance, and no structured format for future AI tools. What does this mean: • We have seen developers making the same mistakes. • Projects are exposed to preventable security risks. • New teams waste time searching for incomplete information. This solution is to build the first comprehensive vulnerability database for Cardano. This does come with some cool benefits for devs, but also for the security of the ecosystem: • Developers get practical, tested resources to avoid repeating old mistakes. • Projects save huge costs by preventing security incidents instead of cleaning up after them. • The ecosystem gains a structured, AI-ready knowledge base that can power real-time automated security tools in the future. Imagine a world where an AI agent can scan your Cardano smart contract and instantly say: “Here’s a known vulnerability.” “Here’s the exploit that attackers could use.” “Here’s the fix, with tested Aiken code.” If you agree we need to make developer security simpler, stronger, and more accessible, this is a proposal worth supporting. 🫡

Imagine a world where an AI agent can scan your #Cardano smart contract and instantly say: “Here’s a known vulnerability.” “Here’s the exploit that attackers could use.” “Here’s the fix, with tested Aiken code.” That is what we build with our "Common Vulnerabilities Patterns" Proposal Search for "No Witness" in the Catalyst app to support. Thank you so much 🦾

#Cardano has a security problem: many teams building don't know about common vulnerabilities Right now, teams building on Cardano are not aware of common mistakes and vulnerabilities that keep getting repeated that auditors know about and we want to change that. Our solution to this ⤵️ Common Vulnerabilities Patterns - Project Catalyts Proposal With this proposal: • Developers get practical, tested resources to avoid repeating old mistakes. • Projects save huge costs by preventing security incidents instead of cleaning up after them. • The ecosystem gains a structured, AI-ready knowledge base that can power real-time automated security tools in the future. In other words, Cardano security gets a huge boost, teams have it easier when developing AND auditors have it easier while doing manual revision because more of them are aware of common pitfals. #CardanoCommunity thank you for your attention and we hope to get your support for this extremely valuable proposal

There’s a problem with Hydra: developers still can’t use it easily. Catalyst Proposal no.4 No Witness – Hydra Manager Right now, Hydra interaction happens only through command-line tools. That means: • You need server infrastructure. • You need deep technical knowledge. • Browser-based dApps and wallets can’t use Hydra directly. You can see how this creates a huge barrier. If Hydra is supposed to power fast, scalable Cardano applications, developers need simple tools that work in the environments users actually interact with browsers. Our solution to this is Hydra Manager: a browser native TypeScript SDK that makes Hydra accessible to everyone. With Hydra Manager developers will easily be able to: • Open Hydra heads from a web app • Submit L2 transactions in the browser • Query UTxOs with familiar APIs • Integrate with wallets just like they do on mainnet In other words, Hydra moves from being a back-end infrastructure tool into a front-end developer platform. We will also be adding full support for Hydrozoa which received huge praise from the community at the BuilderFest in Vietnam. If you believe Cardano needs tools that make scaling accessible, Hydra Manager is a proposal worth supporting. Thank you for your attention :)
