If the NBA cannot prevail on Amupitan to resign the fall of Nigeria through institutional and moral safety nets has become a free fall. History will hold all Lawyers and Amupitan accountable in a way that will embarrass the children of their children

Some people really think I’m lying about the taser. It’s either you don’t know or you just don’t want to believe, but the Nigerian police do have tasers. They don’t show it until they’re ready to use it. At that point they had already hit me and were trying to force me into their bus. I was resisting, holding the metal door, not trying to enter. That’s when they used it on me. The shock was too much. My body, my stomach, everywhere… I couldn’t take it. I had to give in and tell them I’ll enter. So when I speak on this, it’s not talk. It’s something I actually felt. Some people will still doubt, and that’s fine. Experience is the best teacher. I don’t pray anyone goes through what I went through, but if you ever do, you’ll understand why I’m saying all this. @PoliceNG @PoliceNG_CRU

This guy was the most dangerous out of all of them. He pointed a gun at me and kept threatening me like my life meant nothing. He’s the same one that hit me with the gun, shocked my body, beat me, and even slapped me from behind when I didn’t see it coming. Out of everyone there, he was the most aggressive. The most dangerous. He needs to be stopped!!! He is evil!!! @PoliceNG @PoliceNG_CRU

Message sent to me Good Evening, I always watch Arise TV and admire your drive to speak truth to the government of the day to make Nigeria work for all. I am also a responsible citizen and would be a happier Nigerian the day I begin to see a better Nigeria. Please, I would like to draw your attention to what I just observed, which I believe is a plot by INEC to disenfranchise people from voting and ensure that the 2027 election goes in favour of the current ruling party. If you possibly can look into it and bring it up to the media space to possibly get INEC to do the right thing. Please, I would like to be anonymous. Since around December, 2025, after it was now obvious that we have a party (ADC) that could still be considered an opposition to the current terrible government of the day (APC), I decided to register with INEC so I could vote in 2027. I visited the INEC registration website, created my application, but have not been able to schedule a date to be captured so I can get a voter's card to enable me to vote. On the portal where I am to make the schedule, it kept showing me that the scheduling period ended sometime around August, 2025, which means that I cannot get a Voter's card, I cannot join the party of my choice (ADC), and ultimately, I cannot vote by 2027. I have kept on visiting the portal at least two to three times within a week to see maybe it would be opened up and I get to complete the registration process, but nothing positive. Then, sometimes last week, when it was obvious that INEC would be proceeding with a nationwide revalidation process, I felt it would be an opportunity for me to complete the registration, I started visiting the scheduling portal every day but then it kept showing me that scheduling period has ended as usual only for me to check today 5th April, 2026 to see that the scheduling period is between Jan 5th 2026 to April 2nd 2026, as I have screenshotted and attached in this mail and yet I have not been enabled on the portal to schedule a date for capturing. This made me start wondering why all this time, I have not been allowed by the INEC's portal to schedule a date for capturing, so I can finalize the registration, get a voter's card, and be able to vote. Could it be that I have been profiled and identified by the INEC system as a prospecting opposition, hence the reason to ensure that I am disenfranchised? John

Tinubu is the only Nigerian president I've seen, who never skips any holidays for: Muslims or Christians. Be it end of Ramadan, Easter oo! He will just board the plane, straight to Lagos to celebrate. Man's really a City Boy wey love to jaye! Nothing concern am with Nigeria.

Joash Amupitan is worse than Manhood Yakubu. And they are professors. Nigerian judges & professors have brought shame to the country & to their professions. We thought that INEC could go no lower, until this man came along. He is worse than Professor Maurice Iwu.

One can only conclude that Professor Wole Soyinka is ashamed of the man he supports. Because three years have passed, but Kongi is yet to give us “Asiwaju’s scorecard.” Why the delay on a promise you made in good faith?
