When I meet with a young person, if I don’t know their title beforehand, I wouldn’t be able to say if they are a PM, an analyst or an operations person. It's never a good time for bad news — I learned yesterday that my grandma passed away in the early morning hours. She struggled with Alzheimers for a couple years, so it wasn't completely unexpected, but found out she wasn't doing so well upon returning from PressConf. I'll miss the nearly 2 decades of Christmases we spent together growing up, including a handful with my own daughters. 💐💕
