Demand for rentals is still very high which has lead to rent increases. Unfortunately this is compounded by Landlords who have left the market mainly due to government policies making it less attractive. Not good news for tenants

Just had an email from MHCLG to tell me that the section 8 notice was altered slightly on 3 August to "correct a typographical error". Also noted on the relevant webpage. MHCLG say this "does not affect the validity" of previously served notices. This is…lnkd.in/gZFS6Ah9

Released today figures for the housing market make impressive reading Total homes sold in UK in 2020 = 1,047,490 (unadjusted.) with and amazing 137,200 (unadjusted) completions in December! Just shows how robust the UK property market is! Great time to move.
