Demand for rentals is still very high which has lead to rent increases. Unfortunately this is compounded by Landlords who have left the market mainly due to government policies making it less attractive. Not good news for tenants

Government said it is taking on board concerns about stamp duty ending but not announced any changes at this point. We await anything in the budget in March

Released today figures for the housing market make impressive reading Total homes sold in UK in 2020 = 1,047,490 (unadjusted.) with and amazing 137,200 (unadjusted) completions in December! Just shows how robust the UK property market is! Great time to move.
