Neither does it give much protection to those who can medically transition. You have to surrender your body to a government-appointed panel that will examine it to determine if you will "qualify". Could anything be more horrifying?

A sinister element in this trans bill is how it seeks to isolate a trans individual from any kind of community. By criminalizing "those who infleunce a person to be trans" it cuts transpeople off from doctors, healthcare workers, NGOs, and even individuals. Pure evil this

i was the exact same. i spent time out of the country for two years and realised i dont want to leave india. all my loved ones are here and people outside will hate me for being indian if not queer. it’s tiring to feel like you don’t belong anywhere

racism against indians has become a joke to everyone outside. the racism was silent but present when i was in the uk but after i left they literally held a right wing rally. in india, the right wants to punish you if you don’t fit a very particular mold they have for you
