I literally watched a man heaving a trolley up the kerb just so he could leave it.. nowhere..

Brilliant that when confronted by bikes in a space they had hitherto only conceived of as being a trolley return point with inconvenient metal artwork inside, people simply.. leave the trolley adjacent to this space..
