@FaxBetter guys don't answer your phones. I don't want to keep the account any longer, and you don't give me a way to cancel online after logging into the account. So what else can I do?

@SharonCapers @ericnashbar Your free account required you to have our extension installed. You uninstalled it on 8/22. Faxes received after the extension is uninstalled are hidden until you upgrade to paid. You sent 96 faxes and received 24 faxes for free. Bad business to not start charging you.

@ericnashbar your company FaxBetter is holding my faxes hostage unless I pay them a fee. They monitor your browser usage and if you don't generate enough traffic they downgrade your account without warning. BAD BUSINESS.
