@GhillieYT There really isn't a lot of cut content in IV. Just some experiments that were abandoned at various stages or that we didn't have time for to finish. The development of IV was much more 'planned out' than the trilogy before it.

In a perfect world we get a GTA 4 remaster someday with all of the cut content included

@Helldiversmedia Botdiver here, incineration corps need some tweaks, their damage is too high, maybe nerf bullet damage to make it less frustrating, have them be slower due to fire resistant armor, the way they are now makes it so that they only need to hit you once and it's over.
