- Biden's state of the union concluded with the statement "I see a future where we restore the right to choose and protect our freedoms, not take them away." It is clear that this messaging falls in line with his plans moving forward to fight for reproductive freedoms

- Additionally, he addressed his support for the right to abortion services nationally stating "Like most Americans, I believe Roe v. Wade got it right." Biden stated his support to restore Roe and make sure reproductive rights are secured during the 2024 election.
