Dr. Kozlowski was inspired to co-create @FemOrgChem to bring more visibility to women in organic chemistry. On the road to her PhD, she encountered less than 5 female professors in her field. There are now over 1000 professors from over 50 countries in the FOCUS database. (6/6)

Her awards include the @AmericanCancer Beginning Research Scholar Award, Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellowship, @NSF CAREER award, and DuPont Young Investigator Award. In addition to her role as EIC of Org. Lett., she’s also an assistant editor at J. Org. Chem. (@JOC_OL). (5/6)
