Outstanding performance today by our Upper School Track & Field Boys team. Breaking the 4x400m school record with a time of 3:18.97, and shattering the Penn Relays Inter-Ac record that stood for 16 years. WOW, what a day to be a FORD. Congrats Boys, well deserved. Go Fords!

Congratulations to our Boys 4x200m relay team Haven Hoilett, Charlie Belfield, JR Hawkins, Ahijah Goins who just took 4th overall at the PIAA indoor state championships with a time of 1:29.95 Go Fords.

Congratulations to JR Hawkins who set the tone for our Haverford School for Boys team at the PIAA indoor state championships taking 6th overall in the 60m High Hurdles with a PR time of 8.19 as a Freshman. Go Fords.

What an explanation point to the day. Officially breaking the school record in the 4x400m relay (Bryan Tucker Jr, Andre Inniss, Haven Hoilett, Keegan Jacobs) with a time of 3:22.43 while also setting a new PAIASS Championship meet record. GO FORDS!

Great weekend for the Fords Track & Field program. Being 1st in our heat for the 4x100m relays and finishing 5th out of 96 schools was awesome. The 4x400m relay also took 3rd for a bronze. Both relays teams ran well, and I couldn’t be more proud of our boys. GO FORDS
